Payment Options
At MidWest EyeCenter, financial considerations alone should not be an obstacle to benefiting from the advantages that Laser Vision Correction provides over a lifetime. Our goal is to make Laser Vision Correction affordable for any budget. You may choose any of the following payment options.
Pay in Full
Payment in full is due on the day of your procedure and can be paid by cash, cashier's check or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express or Discover).
A 5% discount is offered when paying with cash or a cashier's check.
Financing Available
Care Credit Interest Free "Same as Cash"
There is no initial payment required.
You can pay for your procedure over 6-24 months with no interest. There are no application fees. Go to www.carecredit.com or phone in your application at 800-365-8295.

Tax Deduction Benefit
If you itemize your tax return, Laser Vision Correction can be tax deductible. Check with your tax expert for advice.
Flex Plan
If your employer has a flex or cafeteria plan, you may be able to put money away and use pre-tax dollars for Laser Vision Correction. Most plans allow you to spend the money any time during the year, even when it has not fully accumulated in your account.
