Elizabeth Y. Holland, M.D.

Dr. Elizabeth Holland is a board certified ophthalmic surgeon at the MidWest Eye Center. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Furman University and her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina. Dr. Holland completed her internship in Internal Medicine at the University of Cincinnati, followed by a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Texas in San Antonio. She has participated in various cataract related publications and presentations and was the recipient of the National Institute of Health research Award in 1992. Dr. Holland joined our group in July 1999. She performs refractive surgery, cataract surgery and various cosmetic lid surgeries. Dr. Holland is licensed to practice medicine in the states of Ohio and Kentucky and is an active member of the American Medical Association, American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Ohio Medical Association.
