Matthew J. Lipman, M.D.

Dr. Lipman is a premier retinal surgeon who has been practicing  in Cincinnati, Ohio and Northern Kentucky for over fifteen years. Dr. Lipman is a former associate professor of ophthalmology at the University of Cincinnati.. He is a fellowship trained vitreo-retinal surgeon whose areas of expertise include diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, retinal detachment surgery and medical and surgical treatment of vitreo and retinal disease.  Dr. Lipman received his Bachelor of Arts and his medical degree from Boston University in 1975. He did his fellowship training at Washington University and Barnes Hospital in St. Louis. Current memberships include American Academy of Ophthalmology, Academy of Medicine of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Academy of Ophthalmology and Paul Cibis Society.
